Rebecca Parker

I can’t remember how I came to know Rebecca’s work but I assure you that it was love at first sight. Just look at this picture below and see how amazing it is:



This one is called ‘A view of Llansteffan’. Rebecca is a photographer and digital artist that is specialized in creating unique people portraits. She likes to convey subtle emotions through the images, which are created using photography with digital art techniques.

Her work on photography+photoshop is top. This particular piece brings me the feeling of pantomime movies: the dirty texture, the irregular vignette and, at the same time, the sublime look and feel. The washed colorization pushes it to the next level. Sometimes it just looks like it was painted on a canvas. The serenity of the scene completes the eye-catching piece, it all looks perfect.
